We believe that having a strong team is vital to success, and with a combination of hard work and positivity anything can be accomplished. We strive to do our best and to help each other succeed, because achievement isn’t created in a vacuum.

Brandon, our fearless leader; founder and owner of Reco Branding Solutions. There’s very little he doesn’t have an answer to when it comes to his business, whether it’s how to run the embroidery machine to why the printer is acting up. If he doesn’t know then you can be sure he’ll figure it out.

Jordan, our charismatic muscular salesman. Friendly and easygoing, he always has the customer’s needs in mind. He is often seen calling companies to double-check on stock or to find an answer to his or someone else’s question.

Erin, our embroidery expert and head of purchasing. Her machine can be heard going all day working on getting orders out promptly. She checks in apparel and makes sure that everything is accounted for.

Susi, our sweet saleswoman. With a gentle voice and a friendly manner, she makes customers feel at ease and assured that they will get their order on time and with high quality. She has plenty of experience under her belt, especially with embroidery.

Bryan, our master of screen printing. Don’t let his age fool you; he’s one of the hardest working members of our team. He checks and double checks all aspects of an order to make sure it’s as accurate as possible and has a 300 shirts per hour average when it comes to printing. He often comes in early and leaves late to make sure everything is completed on time.

Melanie, our prepress and print person. She wears many hats, often several on the same day, managing two printers, a vinyl cutter, and a heatpress. When she’s not working on production she’s often helping out with side projects, updating Reco’s social media pages, or doing her best with web analytics, website updates, and SEO.

Emily, our genial front desk clerk. The newest member to the Reco team, she’s a fast learner and meticulous note taker. She makes sure to stay on top of scheduling, knowing when projects are due and what steps need to be taken in order to finish them.
